Hello February! Our first release for this month, rolling out from the third, updates simPRO Mobile Statuses so they can be used to accurately reflect your job and quote statuses and stages via Connect! Plus, we’ve got a number of enhancements and improvements that have been made to other areas of our system, so read on to learn more!
Customize your mobile statuses
Enterprise users can now customize mobile statuses for jobs and quotes in their simPRO system settings to better reflect the workflows their technicians follow in field.
This means that if your business has particular wording or phrasing for different stages of work, you are able to input these statuses into your simPRO system. Now, your administrative staff can more efficiently identify what stage a job or quote is at using language they know, and your technicians have a comprehensive workflow guide for task completion that is more closely aligned with your business.
Improvements and enhancements
With all of our releases, there are always slight improvements that our developers will make. These may not always be a feature of the release, however you can see the outline of what updates are made in the dedicated notes in our helpguide, which you can find by clicking here.
Here are some of the improvements and enhancements made this time around:
- You can now open a locked version of a contractor invoice to view details without editing the invoice.
- Some jobs weren’t allowing users to invoice them if they had previously created and then voided an Invoice per item invoice. Now you can invoice to your heart’s content.
