As President of simPRO US, Glenn is responsible for launching simPRO into the US market, creating a world-class team to address the growing need that exists in the US for job management software, and scaling simPRO's US footprint across the country.
Glenn has significant experience in building and leading cross-functional teams in new and emerging markets, along with a passion for working in competitive, innovative environments. For over 25 years, Glenn has managed businesses with a focus in the areas of sales, customer success, marketing, product development, localization, finance, product fulfillment and sales operations.
As Director of People Operations, Jodi is responsible for implementing and enhancing employee relations and human resources programs, processes, and practices. A key component of Jodi’s remit is to develop and foster an engaging, high performance culture that attracts and retains the best talent possible.
Jodi brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to simPRO having created HR teams and strategies from the ground up to establish the foundation for high growth and profitability.
Kim Gill is Director of Marketing for simPRO US, bringing 20 years of experience in marketing and association management to the position.
Kim is responsible for developing US marketing and communication activities in line with corporate strategy, designing and implementing lead generation campaigns, managing and coordinating events, and initiating and maintaining association partnerships at the local, state and national levels.
As Vice President of Sales, Justin is responsible for developing and executing the strategic sales plans to meet the goals of new sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Justin brings 16 years of sales experience to this role including building global sales teams as well as developing strategic plans and sales methodologies.
As Vice President of Customer Success, Ed will direct and manage the Customer Success teams to ensure the satisfaction and success of all customers in their adoption of simPRO software solutions.
Ed’s 30-year career in sales, marketing, operations and consulting, as well as his experience helping cloud computing companies increase customer loyalty and business performance through "mindful" customer experience management, will help simPRO continually deliver value to our customers through each and every interaction.
