As President of simPRO US, Glenn is responsible for launching simPRO into the US market, creating a world-class team to address the growing need that exists in the US for job management software, and scaling simPRO's US footprint across the country.
Glenn has significant experience in building and leading cross-functional teams in new and emerging markets, along with a passion for working in competitive, innovative environments. For over 25 years, Glenn has managed businesses with a focus in the areas of sales, customer success, marketing, product development, localization, finance, product fulfillment and sales operations. In his spare time, you’ll find Glenn cruising through Colorado’s curvy mountain roads on his Harley-Davidson Fat Boy.
As the US Director of Marketing, Karla is responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness and demand for simPRO solutions throughout the US. She leads the Marketing and Lead Generation teams, focusing on maximizing customer satisfaction, acquisition, retention and profitability. Karla enjoys a challenge and is passionate about fueling high growth and customer success.
Karla brings extensive experience to simPRO, having worked with global companies across diverse industries to develop and expand their marketing programs. When not at the office, she loves to travel, enjoys baking, and will likely win if challenged to a Back To The Future trivia contest.
Joe is responsible for managing the US Business Development team, monitoring US sales, and maximizing business growth as simPRO scales their US footprint in the job management software industry. Joe is passionate about using a hands-on approach to create a world-class sales team that fosters a consultative style when working with simPRO customers.
Joe has developed high-performing sales teams in the telecom and telematics industries, and he has built a food service industry business from the ground up. He brings his knowledge and skills from these experiences to simPRO. Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and twin girls. He can usually be found supporting his kids at their extracurricular activities or cheering on the Chicago Cubs.
As Customer Success Manager, Conor leads the Customer Success and Customer Support teams in the US. He loves a challenge and has a passion for problem-solving. As a former owner of a construction trade business, Conor has a deep understanding of service and project workflows, as well as larger business concerns that simPRO customers face. He draws on that knowledge to coach his team and provide superior support throughout the customer journey. Being a native of Colorado, Conor can often be found skiing with his wife and daughter in the Rocky Mountains.
Tina trains all new simPRO US employees and leads the team of US Implementation Consultants ensuring simPRO solutions are delivered in a timely fashion by a team of skilled industry experts. Tina is a strong communicator, and she is passionate about finding creative ways to provide outstanding customer experiences.
Tina has a comprehensive background in sales strategy and implementation, customized product training, and leadership development. She is highly organized and helps clients reach their full potential by giving them tools and confidence to reach their goals. Tina and her family enjoy camping, skiing, attending sporting events, and traveling — she has visited 42 states and there is no doubt she'll reach her goal of visiting all 50 before long!
