Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

The Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) is an agreement between you, the client, and simPRO Software to ensure that your simPRO Software is properly maintained and supported as well as giving you access to all future software updates, new features and bug fixes.

The SMA is a mandatory support and maintenance provision to ensure you get the most out of your simPRO system.

The SMA is charged on a per user licence basis at $40 per User licence, $50 for the MYOB and Quickbooks Accounting Link and $25 for the Xero Accounting Link. Should you obtain additional licences or upgrade existing licences, the additional or difference in SMA costs will apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the SMA begins 30 days from the commencement of your training.

Whilst your SMA is up to date, you will have full access to simPRO support and access to update your simPRO Software with any new releases.
